By completing the contact form, you naturally consent that we will process your personal data in order to contact you. The details provided by you shall be deleted 12 months after your entry.

The Website has incorporated a link to the Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook social media accounts which are accessible by clicking the corresponding buttons. You accept and understand that by clicking those links certain account information might be processed by that particular platform and is provided to us.

The Client hereby gives consent to ADDMORE to use the contact information provided by the Client to send notifications about official product launches, including the transition from beta to full product launch, and any significant updates or events related to the services provided by ADDMORE.
7.2 Purpose of Communication
he purpose of such communication will be to inform the Client of the availability of new features, services, or changes that are relevant to the ongoing use and potential benefit of the services provided by ADDMORE.
7.3 Opt-Out Option
The Client will have the option to opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the emails sent to the Client or by sending a direct request to privacy@addmore.be.
7.4 Frequency of Communication
ADDMORE will limit the frequency of such communications to ensure that Clients are not subjected to excessive contact. Only key milestones, such as the official launch, significant updates, or critical information that requires the Client’s attention, will be communicated.
7.5 No Additional Charges
No additional charges shall be imposed on the Client for such notifications, and they shall be considered part of the overall service provided by ADDMORE.
7.6 Data Protection Compliance
All communications will be conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, and the Client's personal data will be processed as set out in ADDMORE's privacy policy, as referenced in section 6 of these terms and conditions.
